Tomoe Ohmi(近江 知永Ōmi Tomoe) is a voice actress (seiyū) and singer with RAMS/evolution. She is from Saitama Prefecture, Japan and was born on October 13, 1982. She received training from the Japan Narration Acting Institute(日本ナレーション演技研究所Nippon Narēshon Engi Kenkyūjo) and RAMS Professional Education. She made her debut as a seiyū in the anime School Rumble. Her first musical release was the single Utakata. Her latest appearance was in the 2009 Animelo Summer Live as well in the theme song for the event.
