Berserks are a gameplay feature in Resistance 2 multiplayer. Berserks are earned by completing objectives and getting XP. Once an berserk's XP bar is full, player(s) can activate the berserk which provide he/she with a special power or piece of equipment for a short time Berserks will end if the player is killed, but the berserk XP bar will only empty in proportion to the amount of time the berserk is used for or how much it has been used. The Berserker trophy will be unlocked once the player has used each berserk during a ranked multiplayer game.
