DPA rules elaborate on the US Codes governing evidence and procedures relating to administrative and criminal matters regarding mutants. (Section 24 of the DPA regulations deals entirely with the unique nature of Whateley Academy - it is a very thick set of regulations that nevertheless continues to evolve). Rule 24B-7 and its numerous sub-parts govern criminal investigations and hearings, including standards of evidence, jurisdiction, agreements with the Medawihla tribe, the State of New Hampshire, Coos County, and the federal investigative agencies such as the FBI.
