DeShawn Andrews, better known as Major Dee, is the boss of the Slasher Boys crew. He was questioned after the warehouse riot in Mad Dogs but released without charge. In the following months, Major Dee masterminded a bloody gang war between the Slasher Boys and the Runts. After several of his associates were arrested in connection with several murders, including that of Aaron Reid, Major Dee fled the country, presumably to Jamaica. He is wanted in connection with eleven murders.
