The Fourteenth Army, also known as Red Tails Command, was a Republic and later Imperial Sector Army charged with the defense of the Tolonda Oversector. During the Clone Wars, the 14th Sector Army was deployed on the Outer Corellian Run and was primarily a defensive command unit. Its intended role was to protect Rothana, Excarga, and the Rimward approach to Kamino. It also reinforced the 13th Sector Army repeatedly, and was responsible for repelling a Separatist attack in its own theater of operations at Ryloth.
