The Zombloon is a bloon that has a 0.1% chance of spawning after popping a bloon. It will move slowly. It takes 10 hits to kill pop or 1 magic attack. If it reaches you,instead of taking you lives,it will eat your body's neurological center, making you dumb. If you are dumb, all of your towers will cost +1% more,and you'll lose 10$ each round. Sometimes,it will target attacking towers,eating their brains and making their shots less accurate.
