Designed by Chyornov Combat Systems, Flex-reactive recon/scout armor was a clothlike armor that protected its wearer without any real loss of mobility, hardening and projecting a low-level force field at any point of impact. While it did not provide the same degree of protection enabled by some other armors, the mobile nature of it more than compensated. The armor was best used as a hidden protection against assassination for key figures, and for reconnaissance troopers. There were two varieties.
