As this item cannot be taken into a game of Mobilising armies, the enhancer functions while in the player's bank. It drains charges when they lose a game but still are eligible to receive rank points. This means the game must be at least 3 minutes per round and the other players don't forfeit. Instead of the usual 1 rank point gained from this situation, they receive double the amount, which is 2 rank points. Players can also receive double the rank points when winning a game, but only under specific win conditions. The enhancer starts with 100 charges, and one is used up whenever the rank gain is doubled. It disappears when all the charges have been used.
