The highlight of the weekend was the premiere of eight new Cartoon Cartoon shorts. The 90-minute block of new shorts premiered at 8:00 PM on Friday, August 23 and aired four additional times throughout the weekend - Saturday, August 24 at 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, as well as on Sunday, August 25 at 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The eight pilots were followed by a sneak peek of the then-upcoming Cartoon Cartoon Codename: Kids Next Door
