Minn'hor are a species of quadraped herbivore native to the Klingon homeworld of Qo'noS which were considered beasts of burden. These shaggy, horn-headed herd animals are comparable to Terran cattle (or perhaps their larger relatives, such as yaks or musk oxen), and are exploited by Klingons for both their meat and milk (from which a sweet cheese is made).
