The Oceana State Department of Public Transportation (Oceana: Oshenna Harven Department fo Pyblek Transportatsia), or OSDPT, is a state department of the Oceana State Government, concerned with all forms of public transportation, including customized transportations, in the State of Oceana, as well as accessability to far-off located hamlets and farms. It is also responsible for the maintance of local, state-owned roads. The department was set up following the adoption of the State Department in the Oceana State Law on April 22, 2015. Its current leader is Flint Kojdova.
