Path to Immortality was the third PPV event in IOW history, it featured Daz defending the IOW British Rose Championship against long time rival Kai Sears. Dante squaring off against the 300 lbs Mark Anthony for his right to be in the Main Event, scheduled to take place between Goliath and Joe Riot for the IOW Championship. The card also featured a Street Fight between Team Catwalk and Doc's Misfits (Tha Doctor, Twiztid & Azriel) as well as the Rising Star Gauntlet with a shot at the British Rose Championship on the line.
