William "Billy" Crinion is an Irish animator who worked on both parts of The End alongside his friend/work partner Marc Lovallo. Billy runs a web series named "Billy's Toon Times", starring him and his friends: Shane, Gavin, and Phillip. His BTT countrpart made a cameo in Fun Dead. Billy is also the lead animator of the fanmade Eddsworld film, and serves as one of its four co-producers, and as the voice actor for Paul.
