The Faded Chrysanthemum Inn was one of the more notorious locations in the Ichidou District at Toshi Ranbo. During the reign of Iweko I it was manned by the ronin Taro, a secret agent of the Spider Clan. The inn served as headquarters for Spider efforts to smuggle individuals into the Imperial City. It had a hidden shrine to the 9th Kami, Fu Leng. With the recognition of the Spider as a Great Clan it became a common inn.
