It is a hospital that is designed to help out numerous aliens who were hospitalized through injury or illness and is also capable of treating humans. This hospital was where Jerry Smith was admitted into when he ate a pint of Ice cream that Rick owned that was laced with mutant bacteria and it was also where the alien civil rights activist, Shrimply Pibbles had his heart transplant.
