She is a Master of the Mystic Arts, helping the other masters maintain balance at Kamar-Taj. She is also an ally of Doctor Strange, Wong, Daniel Drumm and the Ancient One. We later see her in her role closer of that of the comics, being revealed as one of the supervillains that form the supervillain team known as the Pride, as well as being the mother of Nico Minoru. In the intervening time between Doctor Strange and Runaways, she has become a CEO of a large corporation.
