Bullwier is the blacksmith of Jhelom in Ultima V. After getting hints from Telila in Britain that Bullwier had information about the Mystic Weapons, the Avatar travelled to Jhelom to speak with the man himself. Bullwier proved to be quite unfriendly, and after several questions about his job (which he answered with insults) threatened to call the guards. Forewarned, the Avatar came to business and asked about the Mystics. Bullwier didn't know details, but said that Ambrose in Cove should know, adding that thanks to a battle injury, he'd only be awake at one hour during the night.
