You can give a character new techs in Romancing SaGa 2 in two ways: * Teach it to them through the dojo (after 1st time jump) after you've learned the tech. (Once a tech has been passed to the dojo, it will not be sparked again. So make sure you visit the dojo after you're done recruiting your new party members.) * Spark it in battle.
