The song is sung three different times during the segment by The Man in the Sleeveless Undershirt, The Lady in the Fancy Bathrobe and the Ham Actor. The each relay to Detective Elmo what has happened when they started to sneeze uncontrollably. Elmo encourages the viewer to sing along, thinking it will help the victims remember the events better.
