The IKS QojmeH was a Vor'cha-class heavy warship that saw service with the Klingon Empire during the 24th century. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 3: Ships of the Klingon Empire) In 2365, the QojmeH was involved in a skirmish an unidentified vessel rimward of the HeH'etlh sector. The ship drove away the attack but suffered severe casualties. When the crew went to investigate the wreckage left behind by the other vessel the crew exposed to this wreckage contracted a mysterious fatal disease.
