An unnamed Judge presided over the plea hearing of Aaron Livesy in November 2015. Aaron pleaded 'Not Guilty' to attempting to murder Robert Sugden and the judge ruled that Aaron should be remanded on custody until the trial beginning on 7th December. Robert Sugden later goaded Aaron to tell the truth and Aaron admitted to the court that Robert should have died. Aaron's mum Chas Dingle was devastated to learn that the same judge would be presiding over Aaron's trial.
