With these assets under his command, Radek moved out from the planet the fleet was at, Drongar, and began assembling allies—other former CIS officers and droids, anti-Imperial activists, mercenaries, and others. After asking them to convene on Drongar, he gave them a speech, in which he proposed the creation of the Confederacy Reborn. It would be an alliance with the goal of fighting the Empire and restoring the Confederacy of Independent Systems—or at the very least, the removal the Emperor from power. The vast majority of the attendees agreed to this, and then negotiations began. After several days of planning and discussing different agreements and arrangements on Drongar (where a large facility was built to serve as the headquarters of the Reborn), the "Confederacy Reborn" was formed.
