No Chin is an antagonist in Grand Theft Auto 1 who resides in San Andreas. No Chin is the nephew of Uncle Fu and raises a drunken rabble during one mission. The protagonist kills the rabble, but No Chin continues to cause trouble. No Chin had planted bombs in various cars around the city, with the protagonist driving Hang Yu to defuse the bombs in Jimmy the Shovel, El Burro and Hung Well's cars, as well as a Yakuza limousine. No Chin manages to escape and attempts to catch a boat to China, with the protagonist destroying the boat, with No Chin on it, using a rocket launcher. Chin's name might be a joke about Asian people (it's said that they have no chin).
