Numbuh 41 is one of the two operatives, along with Numbuh 43, who appeared at the end of Operation: P.I.N.K.E.Y.E. to investigate the disappearance of Nurse Claiborne. She was later seen at the end of Operation: Z.E.R.O., along with almost every other operative seen in the series. She and her partner are said to be "pretty good" and can be trusted to find Claiborne.
