Cyclopean Leader of Muties was a Slow Mutant specifically showed in The Man in Black (Comics). He strikes a deal with Walter Padick that when Jake Chambers and Roland Deschain cross under the Cyclopean Mountains, his Cyclopean Muties can eat Jake, if they leave Roland for him. Roland kills the Leader along with more of his party.
