Commissioned in the at the start of the Clone Wars, Riker participated in numerous space battles and planetary campaigns, trained for both ARC-170 and BTL-B Y-Wing Starfighters, and specialized in engaging enemy cruisers and even the most versatile fighters. He often flew alongside General Alnin under the call sign of Teal Two (flying as Teal One when Alnin was not present) in major clashes, such as the Battle of Ryloth and the Skirmish at the Austan Cluster.
