The Apex of the Decade nominees is an Apex 25 ballot of 54 nominated e-wrestlers and 25 tag teams for inclusion in the Apex of the Decade and Decade Apex of Tag Teams. All consideration is in reference to how each e-wrestler competed and participated in the e-federation, Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW), formerly the Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA). The Apex was voted on by a number of LPW veterans, with the complete list revealed during the month of December and January.
