The episode starts out at the Krusty Krab, where Patrick is eating a krabby patty. He suddenly farts and realizes he needs to poop. He goes to the restroom and does his business. 2 hours later, he is done, and when Patrick leaves the restroom, his poop comes to life and exits as well. Hungry, the poop monster (named Poopsie) sees all the food being eaten by the customers. He starts touching the food with his filthy hands, causing customers to puke all over the place and run in terror. Mr. Krabs sees this and tries to stop Poopsie, but the monster hugs him, covering Mr. Krabs in turd. Soon enough, the Krusty Krab is shut down by a health inspector.
