Ticker is a member of the all-goblin first encountered by players at Bilgewater Harbor[[:File:|[, ]]] in Azshara, walking along the streets. He is later encountered by players in the Twilight Highlands during the below quests and also as a quest giver aboard the Skyshredder and at Highbank.
