The Emerald Vanguard is a chapter of the 20th founding. They were formed from the gene-stock of the Blood Angels, to bolster an area plagued by Dark Eldar tyranny. Their first chapter master Alftand Remus was given control over a fleet of ships to be their mobile base of operations.
