Lefebvre's Soliloquy are the Legendary pauldrons in Diablo III. They require character level 31 to drop. In patch 2.4, they replaced the Profane Pauldrons. The unique affix damage reduction does not stack from multiple casts, and is multiplicative to other similar effects.
