The Floodwater River is the name given to an Enrothian river adjacent to Castle Ironfist. It appears in Heroes of Might and Magic: A Strategic Quest, in the Castle Ironfist scenario, dividing Morglin Ironfist's lands and those of the opposing warlord. A broad, twisting river, it could only be physically crossed by boat, and was particularly advantageous to Ironfist's defences. Presumably, it is the name of the river flowing through the lowlands west of Castle Ironfist into the eastern sea as it appears in Might and Magic VI.
