The Mukhabarat's highest rank next to the founder was the Captain. There were generally six captains in total, each with a different position in the guild, and each overseeing a different area of the guild. The leader of the guild was known to make occasional exceptions to the rule and add a seventh Captain. Each captain had three Lieutenants under them to aid them in their duties and to advise the Captains on courses of action. Each Lieutenant was appointed by the Captain, and each Captain was appointed by the leader of the guild.
