Not sure what your question is here. Haschwalth broke Ichigo's Bankai, yes. Normally that would be it, once a Bankai is broken it is - with few exceptions - impossible to fix. However, as Ichigo did not create his Zanpakuto from an asauchi like all other Shinigami, he was able to have his sword reforged by the creator of the asuachi once Ichigo had learned about his Quincy roots and the true nature of his powers.
