Unified in their cult of personality built up around Kavor, the Conclave had no divisive influences, as it's members were spiritually bound to each other, and shared a collective sense of purpose and unity. The Conclave members were trained to despise the Jedi and the Sith in all of their forms, and show no mercy when dealing with them.
