Ecotopia is a form of government in Call to Power II. As the name suggests, Ecotopian empires strive to marry technological progress with environmental responsibility. They believe the ultimate expression of humanity is an ecologically harmonious way of life. The Ecotopian ideology inspires growth, economic strength and avid research. Ecotopians have little regard or patience for chronically polluting empires. Ecotopian empires can build the Eco-Terrorist and the Eco-Ranger.
