The terrible eye is a monster in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. It is stronger than the flying eye, but weaker than the maddening eye. Terrible eyes have a ranged attack that does 6D6 fire damage, and will attempt to target druids and sorcerers in the party. Their attack can inflict the afraid status on their target. They have a 20% chance of using the fireball spell. They are immune to fire and magic damage, and can be encountered in Castle Darkmoor and Agar's Laboratory.
