SnapMap is a feature introduced in Doom (2016). It is an in-engine map editor available with all versions of the game, with maps created through SnapMap available for download on any platform. Unlike the previous games, users are not able to create their own maps from scratch, instead choosing from a selection of pre-fabricated rooms to 'snap' together. Users can then place objects, logic and demons in those rooms to create their own maps.
