The Belle Isle Asylum is seen in during the cold openings from every episode from the first two season and Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters. In the first episode Dr. Weird's creation, the Rabbot, breaks a hole in the wall leaving a hole in its shape visible, which is seen in subsequent appearances. Despite the hole remaining in the building the castle is frequently subject of non-cannon destruction, like all locations in the series.
