Metamorphosis is a fifth coming album by American rock band Papa Roach, which was originally to be entitled "Days of War Nights of Love". The album's first single will be called "Courageous". On May 17, 2008, Papa Roach played two new songs at the Nashville Crawfish Bowl. One of these tracks is called "Hanging On" , and the other was revealed by Jerry Horton to be the song, "Change Or Die". On July 3, 2008, Jacoby Shaddix revealed at Crüefest in Tampa, FL,that the album would be released on September 16. There Papa Roach also performed a new song entitled "I Almost Told You That I Loved You".
