Anderson, or CT-4210, was a clone trooper of the Great Clone Forces under the Galactic Republic during the Second Clone Wars. He was a shinie during the middle of the war, until he fought in the Battle of . Since then, he was no longer addresssed as a rookie. Anderson became a skilled trooper, but never got to a higher rank.
