In 2369, the YLT-3609, piloted by Jaglom Shrek visited the system to drop off Worf on Carraya IV. The flight plan of the Yridian shuttle would be later displayed on the bridge of the USS Enterprise-D, showing the location of Carraya system close to Romulan space. The Enterprise later rendezvoused with a Romulan supply ship near the Carraya system to receive some Klingons who chose to leave the Romulan prison camp. In order to cover the existence of those who stayed behind, Worf claimed that they were survivors of a ship that crash landed on Carraya IV in 2365.
