The President of the Telian Federation is the full title of the individual elected to act as President of the planetary Telian government. The office of the President is an important one in Telian politics, as it is the Executive branch of the government and as such, is the most recognizable aspect of the planetary goverment. The Office of the President, located in the city of Cithil-at, on Telios Prime, is where the President and his cabinet perform the bulk of their work. Of course, the President is regularly touring Telios Prime, Telios II or Telios III in an effort to foster good relations with the Telian people. The President is elected by the Telian people once every 10 years, and is selected from running members of the Unity.
