Subspatial Mines were devastating weapons utilized by the Galactonians in the 24th century. They were able to cause immense damage when in space, although that damage was minimized but still had high severity if not in space. Subspatial Mines formed a tetryon field around itself which soon destabilized by reacting irregularly with subspace energy and colliding with anti-tetryons. This thus caused a expanding subspace instability which perforated subspace.
