Exclamation_Question, also known as !?, is a Japanese M.U.G.E.N creator who is known for his Kart Fighter characters. His characters were once hosted in Jam Mugen House, but was taken off for unknown reasons. Afterwards, he uploaded his creations on SkyDrive, but now it is offline. Since then, he has made a new website.
