Tsuchimikado Motoharu (土御門 元春 Tsuchimikado Motoharu?) is a recurring character in the Toaru Majutsu no Index series. He is Kamijou Touma's next-door neighbor and a student of A Certain High School's Class 1-7 alongside Touma and Aogami Pierce. The three of them are called the Three Idiots—Delta Force.
