Members of the Clinging Creepers Emergency Flower Defense League are duty-bound to collect posies for the Fraggles so as to be protected from the Clinging Creepers. Mokey Fraggle was a member, and a gatherer of flowers. Boober was also apparently part of this league. He makes and distributes floral headbands for the Fraggles.
