The Stuffed Cat is one in a set of four items that Henry Townshend must collect in Silent Hill 4: The Room and is part of the Four Reminiscences Puzzle. Henry can find the stuffed cat on the ground inside of Eric Walsh's home during the second visit to the Building World. The stuffed cat can only be used by placing it in its proper location; within the cage in Garland's. Henry must collect three additional items and place them in their respective locations as well before he can proceed from the Building World. It represents the cat young Walter Sullivan injured in the pet shop.
