Abeo was thrown to the floor by the last explosion. Now the ship was not so empty. Republic soldiers were running in every direction completely ignoring Abeo and the Commandos. It seemed as if they didn’t exist. Every now and then a voice would shout from the speaker calling sections of limit and ordering squadrons of men to certain locations. In one passage way the entire right wall had been blown into space. Luckily a containment field had been put in place. Eventually Abeo and co. got to the Elevator and took it up to Deck 17. At least they were safe in the Elevator for now. It was here that Abeo discovered that the entire Docking Bay Command Centre had been destroyed. Now they could escape on Xerces.
