David Pritchard was a "seccy" native to the planet Mesa. A member of the local seccy dissident group lead by Carl Hansen, he detonated a nuclear device at Pine Valley Park in Green Pines during Victor Cachat's and Anton Zilwicki's attempt to smuggle two defectors off Mesa.
